Reading signs is not only a technique

Abstract
The ability to read external signs does not arise from symbolic technique alone. It depends on the state of the observer.
Core Model
In an agitated state, the same sign can be recruited into fear and confirmation. In a quiet state, it can be held as a structural change without premature conclusion.
Therefore the calibration of the observer precedes interpretation. State is part of the measurement apparatus.

したがって、解釈より観測者の調整が先にある。状態そのものが計測装置の一部である。
