Abstract

An attempt to control the phenomenon through intervention destabilized the observer. A transition occurred when emptiness was no longer rejected and the phrase “there is nothing to be done” released force.

Core Model

The deeper boss was not emptiness itself, but the demand to secure permanence, perfection, and reassurance. Contact with outside air restored connection without solving the world conceptually.

Subsequent anxiety no longer produced the same rigid bodily defence. This suggests the formation of a new regulatory set point—a new thermostat.

現象を制御しようとする介入が観測者の状態を崩した。虚無を拒絶せず、「どーしょーもないw」と力が抜けたとき、状態遷移が起きた。

上位のボスは虚無そのものではなく、安心、完璧、不変を固定し続けようとする要求だった。外の空気への接触は、世界を思考で解決せず接続を戻した。

その後、不安が来ても身体は以前と同じ硬直を示さなかった。これは新しい調整点、新しいサーモスタットの形成を示唆する。
