State Comes First
Technique and interpretation follow the field-body condition

Abstract
Before technique, judgment, language, and intervention, there is state. The same stimulus and method generate different outputs under different field-body conditions.
Core Model
State is not a background variable to be ignored. It changes what is perceived, which options appear available, and how an action propagates into the field.
This note forms an early basis for W_state in the later field–individual interference model.

状態は無視できる背景変数ではない。何が知覚され、どの選択肢が見え、行為が場へどう伝播するかを変える。
本ログは、後の場・個体干渉モデルにおける W_state の原型である。
